Nanjing Vogue adornment company has Engaged in leather industry for many years and obtained some achievements. But there are still many aspects in the quality problem remained to be improved. This paper consists of three parts. First, based on the inspection report and practical condition of the company, the main problems are analyzed by using Parto, P chart and Cause and Effect Diagram. This paper points out that the three existing main causes are the weakness of employee’s quality consciousness, the problems in the inspection of the incoming material and the lack of control problem. Towards the above three causes, this paper makes a detailed analysis and research with the tools such as Relationship Chart , Questionnaire and Affinity Diagram . After the relevant causes are identified, QC group is formed to conduct in-depth investigations. Through linking theory with practice, the above three causes are respectively future improved.
