某家居装修施工项目管理研究 摘 要 工程项目管理是围绕工程质量、进度和成本进行的管理。项目管理在施工企业的管理中是非常重要的一项工作。近年来，随着我国行业的迅猛发展，工程项目进度计划与控制问题日益严重，项目工作流程混乱、工期滞后、成本过高、资源浪费等直接影响了项目质量和项目绩效，造成了不必要的经济损失，成为亟待解决的实际问题。 文项目与工具，对工程项目进行了研究。在分析工程项目进度计划与控制存在的主要问题及原因的基础上，工作分解、流程网络、任务与优化控制对工程项目的整个实施过程进行有效管理，使整个工程项目的计划目标、进度目标和整体目标得以实现 关键词：项目管理；家居装修；进度管理；成本管理  The Study of Home Decoration Project Management Abstract The project management focuses on the management of project quality, schedule and cost. Project management is very important job in the management of construction enterprises. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese home improvement industry, the problem of the home decoration project schedule and control increasingly serious, confusing process of project work, the lag of duration, the high cost, waste of resources, etc. directly impact on project quality and project performance, resulting in unnecessary economic losses and become the practical problem to be solved. This thesis applies the theoretical knowledge and tools of project management, researches the schedule, cost and quality of home improvement project. On the basis of the analysis of home improvement project schedule and cost control, the main problems reasons, combining with the specific circumstances of the home improvement project schedule and construction, through the establishment of the work breakdown structure, network flow chart, task progress and optimization control, cost estimation and budget, effectively manages the home improvement projects throughout the implementation process, to make objectives, progress, goals and overall objectives of the entire home improvement project program are achieved.
