毕业论文 学 院 统计与应用数学学院 班 级 11统计1班 学 号 姓 名 翁坤玲 论文题目我国城乡居民主要疾病死亡率差异性分析 指导教师 （姓名及职称） 余华银 教授 [总评成绩： ] 我国城乡居民主要疾病死亡率差异性分析 The main disease mortality difference analysis of urban and rural residents in our country 翁坤玲 统计与应用数学学院统计学专业2011（1）班 指导教师：余华银教授 内容摘要：随着人类文明的进步，医疗水平的提高，对生命长短的追求也越加明显。提高一个国家整体医学救治是当前一个重大课题。国家层面近几年提出的有关医疗改革都是对城市和农村医学水平的巨大推动。本文通过城乡之间主要疾病死亡率的研究和分析，了解未来我国居民疾病发病率的走向，从而更加有效的提出针对性措施。现阶段，根据统计年鉴官方发布的数据可知恶性肿瘤已成为城市居民死亡率的”罪魁祸首”，大约占总体疾病致死率的25.7%。紧跟其后的是心脏病和脑血管病，其大约各占20%左右。较2000年和2013年比较，2013年主要疾病的排位不仅有变化，死亡率也呈现缓慢上升的趋势，疾病种类的包含范围也随着实际情况做出了相应的调整。本文主要运用EXCEL软件分析近些年主要疾病的分布概况和变化，分析结果可为相关部门进一步提出建议提供依据。 关键词：居民 死亡率 构成 恶性肿瘤 Abstract:With the progress of human civilization, the improvement of medical level, the pursuit of life length is more obvious. To improve a country medical treatment is currently a major issue.Our country about health care reform is for the big push of urban and rural medical level in recent years .This article aims to know he future of our country residents disease incidence;through the data between urban and rural areas the main disease mortality study and analysis, and thus more effective targeted measures are put forward.At present, according to official data released statistics yearbook malignant tumor has become urban mortality culprit, about 25.7% of the overall disease mortality.Followed by heart disease and cerebrovascular disease, about 20% or so.From 2000 compared to 2013, a change had happened in the position not only of major diseases, also have a rising trend of mortality .The types of diseaes include scope has made a adjustment accongding to the corresponding sistuation.In this ptext, by using of EXCEL software to analyze distribution situation of the major diseases, and changes in recent years, the results of the analysis can provide the basis for related department to further put forward the propo
