PAGE 9 经济发展与环保 学 院：经济管理学院 专 业：电子商务一班 学 号：2014122085422 姓 名：李晗 指导教师：刘瑞香 职 称：教 授 论文提交日期：二О一七年五月 摘要 经济发展与环境保护并不是两个独立的问题，近年来我国经济快速发展，可是在发展中暴露出的问题，却不容乐观。“人无远虑，必有近忧”，我们不能天天陶醉于经济的高速增长中。分析经济发展与环境破坏程度的对比得出结论，要发展经济，更要保护环境。20世纪80年代以来,中国社会进入了改革、开放与发展的转型期,人口迅速增长和现代化工业飞速发展,大量的生产、大量的消费和大量的废弃物向环境中排放的有害物质大量的增加,环境质量快速恶化。随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的提高,对生活的环境也提出了较高的水准。因此,我国在加快经济发展的同时要加快对生存环境的治理。正确处理环境保护与经济建设二者之间的关系,把环境问题成为制约经济社会发展的“瓶颈”变成经济发展的“推动器”。 关键词：经济发展，环境保护，协调发展 Abstract Economic development and environmental protection are not two separate issues, rapid economic development in China in recent years, but in developing the problems, but not optimistic.Common saying says, The person does not have foresight, have close concern surely . we cant everyday drunk with the rapid growth of the economy. Analysis of economic development and environmental break the degree of comparative arrived at the conclusion that to develop economy, the more to protect the environment. Since 1980s, the Chinese society has entered into the reform, opening and developing the transformation, a fast-growing population and modern industry is developing rapidly, and a lot of production, a lot of consumption and a lot of waste to environmental emissions harmful substances,the environmental quality greatly increased rapidly worsening.With the development of economy, the improvement of peoples living standard, to living environment has also put forward higher level.Therefore, our country in accelerating economic development and at the same time to accelerate the governance of the living environment.Correctly handle the environmental protection and economic construction, the relationship between the environmental problems of economic and social development constraints become the bottleneck into economic development to promote ware.
