第十二届挑战杯全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛项目论文 茂名石化产业结构调整和优化调查研究 A STUDY OF MAOMING PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE ADJUSTMENT AND OPTIMIZATION 成 员：郭子清（文科08级1班） 冯佳金（文科08级1班） 谭玉冰（文科08级1班） 杨东槟（文科07级2班） 崔忠林（理科08级3班） 潘壮潮（理科07级1班） 指导老师：何明光（副 教 授） 江少华（副 教 授） 陈玲（辅导员） 二零零一一年三月 茂名石化产业结构调整和优化调查研究 郭子清 冯佳金 谭玉冰 崔忠林 潘壮潮 杨东槟 （广东石油化工学院 ，茂名） 中文摘要：石化产业是我国支柱产业,它为我国经济建设提供能源和化工原料。目前，我国石化产品的国内需求十分巨大。油品、化肥、农药、合成材料等主要产品需求不断上升，石油和化工产业发展空间广阔，石化产业正处于发展繁荣时期，是我国工业化发展的关键性的阶段。 石化产业必须按照科学发展观的要求，遵循可持续发展的原则，而传统的石化产业结构不再符合“低炭”经济的要求。所以，国内的石化产业必须进行新一轮的调整与优化，而茂名以炼油、乙烯生产为龙头的石油化工工业在全国占有重要位置，是广东省重要的能源、原材料和重化工业基地。因此，新一轮的升级给茂名石化产业带来新一轮的考验和挑战，不仅要努力完成保增长任务，而且更要推进结构调整，加快转变发展方式。 本文是关于茂名石油化工产业结构调整和优化，针对茂名石油与化工产业的调整和优化提出合理性的意见和建议，运用战略管理学、经济学、发展经济学、管理学、组织行为学等多学科研究方法，对当前茂名石化产业进行系统、全面、综合的研究。更加强调茂名石化产业的自身特点，基于茂名石化现实状况而开展调查研究工作,通过对茂石化产业结构调整与优化的研究，分析茂石化的内外部环境及影响因素，整理总结出合理化、有建设性的意见和建议，更好地促进茂石化产业的调整和优化。 关键词:茂名石化 产业结构 调整 优化 Abstract: Petrochemical industry is the pillar industry, providing energy and chemical material for the economic development in China. At present, there is a huge domestic demand for petrochemical products. Because of the increasing demand for the major products such as oil, chemical fertilizers, pesticides and synthetic materials, there will be a broader development in petroleum and chemical industry. Further more, petrochemical industry is developing in a prosperous period, which is the critical stage for the development of industrialization in China. Petrochemical industry must follow the scientific development concept and the principles of sustainable development, while the traditional structure of the petrochemical industry no longer meets the demand of low carbon economy. Therefore, the domestic petrochemical industry needs to enter a new round of adjustment and optimization.
