PAGE 精品文档 知识共享 精品文档 知识共享 本科毕业论文 论文题目：房地产企业投资风险及预警机制研究 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 完成日期：2010 房地产企业投资风险及预警机制研究 内 容 摘 要 房地产项目的实施过程存在着很多风险,正确地对待、评价、处理风险,必须站在项目管理的战略高度,从项目启动组织到实施过程管理全过程、全方位地加以控制,加强对风险的管理是保证项目目的、项目目标实现的关键,也是实现我国房地产健康发展的必要道路。通过对房地产行业的了解和调查，认识到房地产行业无处不在，而且一旦出现投资失误，可能会是企业或个人造成无可估量的损失，本文详细阐述了在房地产企业投资过程中会出现的各种风险，进而引出房地产投资风险预警机制，运用预警机制使预测与对策相结合，风险与控制相结合，使房地产投资更加科学合理。 关键词：房地产投资风险 风险预警机制 Real Estate Investment Risk and Early Warning Mechanism Abstract Implementation of real estate projects there are many risks, correct treatment, evaluate, manage risk, must stand on a strategic project management, from project start to organize the whole process of the implementation of process management, all-round control, strengthening of risk management is to ensure that the project purpose, project objectives and the key is to achieve healthy development of Chinas real estate necessary road. By understanding and investigation of the real estate industry, recognizing that real estate is everywhere, but once the investment mistakes may be businesses or individuals incalculable loss, the paper elaborated on the process of business investment in real estate will emerging risks, and thus leads to real estate investment risk warning mechanism, the use of early warning system to predict the combination with the measures, risk and control combine to make real estate more reasonable.
