Method: Under the block of dorsa penile nerve, the epidermis of excessive foreskin was removed, the blood vessel and the superficial fascia was reserved. The superficial fascia was sutured to form the circellus augmentation with inversional fold. Then the incision was sutured exactly. Result: Altogether 42 patients were followed up during 3-12 months. The incision was healed well. The edema was regressed quickly. The length of foreskin was moderate with no erection contracture. The foreskin in the incision was swelling when soft, and was more swelling when erective. Conclusion: The foreskin epidermis removal circumcision has certain effect on penis enhancement through Shortening the foreskin with minimal invasion, and it deserved recommendation in clinic. [Key words] Foreskin circumcision; Epidermis removal; Penis girth enhancement 随着社会生活水平的提高，要求行阴茎增粗的男性逐渐增多。目前国内外已开展多种不同方法的阴茎增粗术，主要分为自体组织或生物材料移植填充，但均不同程度的存在各种并发症，如硬结、吸收、感染、材料排斥、移位、异物肉芽肿等[1、2]。包皮环切术是泌尿外科的常见手术，但传统环切术去除全层包皮组织，常导致顽固性水肿，皮下血肿等并发症，往往给患者带来痛苦[3]。我们自2008年10月至2011年3月期间对42例包皮过长的患者行去表皮包皮环切阴茎增粗术，效果良好，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法
