摘 要
可编程控制器（PLC）可编程控制器是一种工业控制计算机，是集计算机、自动控制技术和通信技术为一体的新型自动装置。它具有抗干扰能力强，价格便宜， 可靠性强，编程简单，易学易用等特点，在工业领域中有较高的易操作性，它具有编程简单，操作方便，维修容易等特点，因此PLC已在工业控制的各个领域中被广泛地使用。
本文旨在用热电偶作为传感器测取油罐内温度，PLC作为控制器把热电偶采集来的温度值与给定值进行比较，从PLC的输出口输出控制信号,决定是否启动喷水系统，启动几号喷水系统为油罐降温系统，PLC输出的控制信号经过光耦电路后控制外部三相固态继电器的通断，以控制喷水降温系统的三相电机是否工作实现油料的安全储存。PLC连接上位机作为系统的管理监控层。

Abstract
Programmable controller is a kind of Industrial control computer and is a computer, automatic control technology and communication technology as one of the new automatic device. It’s characters are strong, anti-interference, cheap, reliable, simple to program, easy to use and learn, etc. Engineer who is in the industrial field likes using that. So PLC is used widely in various fields of Industrial Controlling.
Thermoelectric couple is used as the sensor to take the tank temperature in my design. PLC compares temperature which a thermoelectric couple collects to the value given. Control signal is exported from outputs of PLC. Then, PLC decides if to start sprinkler system and which sprinkler system is started to cool for the tank. PLC control signal output control external three-phase of the solid state relay to break, in order to control water spray cooling system of the three-phase motor is working the safety of oil storage to realize. PLC connection PC as systems management monitoring layer.
