PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VIII 广西地方金融管理体制改革研究 摘要 随着温州市金融综合改革试验区的设立，地方金融改革的信号迅速在全国展开。广西作为我国陆地和海上连接东盟各国的“桥头堡”，地方金融管理体制改革为广西深入推进中国——东盟自由贸易区建设，创建区域性的国际金融中心创造了一个新的机遇。虽然广西地方金融管理体制改革和发展呈现出良好的态势，但是发展的过程中也存在诸多的矛盾和问题。因此，如何借助建设沿边金融综合改革试验区的契机，推动广西地方金融管理体制改革的深入发展，是值得深思的问题。 本文以广西地方金融管理体制改革为研究对象。首先，论文介绍了研究的背景和意义，综述了国内外研究现状，并对基本概念进行了界定。接着，概述了当前世界范围内金融中心的发展经验，比较分析了上海、广东、深圳、温州以及国内其他地方金融改革重点试验区的经验，从而为广西地方金融管理体制改革提供借鉴。接着，概况了广西金融管理体制改革的进程，总结了广西地方金融管理体制改革的特点，并客观分析了广西地方金融管理体制改革中存在的问题。最后，从创新和完善金融资源配置体系，完善广西金融机构类型，推动金融产品、业务和服务创新等方面出发，提出了深化广西地方金融管理体制改革的建议，以促进广西地方金融改革更好的进行。 关键词：广西 地方金融 管理体制 改革 RESEARCH ON THE REFORM OF LOCAL FINANCIAL SYSTEM IN GUANGXI ABSTRACT With?the establishment of?Wenzhou financial comprehensive reform pilot area,?the signal?of local financial?reform?spread out quickly in the whole nation. As the bridgehead to connect the ASEAN in?land and sea, he local financial system reform has created a?new opportunity for Guangxi to further promote the?China-ASEAN Free Trade Area construction and build a regional international?financial center.
