中文题目 手持式酒精浓度测试仪的研制 英文题目 Development of Handheld Alcohol Concentration Detector 摘 要 本文介绍的是一种手持式酒精浓度测试仪的设计方案，采用高精度MQ-3酒精气体传感器对空气中的酒精浓度进行检测，利用宏晶公司高性能低成本单片机STC12C5A32AD对检测信号进行A/D转换和处理，具有声光报警和显示功能。为了适应不同环境下的监测，可依据不同的环境设定不同的阀值，超过阀值即进行声光报警，。该设计方案的优点是硬件电路设计简单，软件功能采用C语言进行编写，方便灵活。该仪器具有灵敏度高、工作性能好、功耗低、成本低，性价比高等优点。能用于交通检测、酒厂及食品工厂发酵监控等场所。 关键词：酒精浓度测试 STC12C5A32AD MQ-3 阈值  Abstract This paper introduces a design of an instrument which is used to detect the concentration of the alcohol. The alcohol in the air is detected by a high precision sensor named MQ-3. MCU is STC12C5A32AD produced by STC company. The analog-to-digital conversion is integrated in the MCU. Both sampling analog signal and processing data can be accomplished by this kind of MCU. As the price is cheap and function is fully, the MCU has a high cost performance. We can read the concentration of the alcohol from the LCD of the instrument. Once the concentration is higher than the threshold level, the instrument will alarm through voice and light. The threshold can be set according to the circumstance. The design is convenient and flexible. Because the circuit is sample and the program is written in C language. The instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity, good working performance, low power consumption, high performance price ratio. It can be used in traffic detection, wineries, food factories and other places.
