一、教学目标:
1. 语言知识目标:
1) 能掌握以下单词:
drive, live, stop, think of, cross, river, many, village, villager, between, between…and…, bridge, boat, ropeway, year, afraid, like, dream, come true
2) 表达采用怎样的交通方式去某地:
Well, I ride my bike to the subway station.
Then I take the subway.
3) 阅读短文,获取相关信息的能力。
2. 情感态度价值观目标:
了解东西方国家出行方式的不同,以及不同的交通规则,教育学生注意交通安全, 加深对交通知识的了解。倡导自觉遵守交通法规及礼貌,构建和谐的人际关系。了解交通的发展,培养创新精神。

1) 通过进行听、说的训练,来提高学生们综合运用所学知识的能力。

Step 1. Warming- up and revision
1. Greet Ss as usual.
2. Sing an English song.__Driving
Step 2. Presentation
1. 复习巩固句型。How do you get to school? 两种交通方式的表达。(教育学生要注意交通安全)
2.Pairwork . 学生两人一组复习巩固询问交通方式的句型。
3. Check the whole class
Step 3. Talking
1. Let students tell how Grandpa Li gets to the park .Ask students talk four students in a group .
2. And show ppt on the screen.
First he … Next he… Then he… Finally…
2. Ss work with their partners. Try to say how Grandpa Li gets to the park.
3. Check the answers: (Ask some students to report.
4.Then all the students report it together .
Step 4.Presentation
Show pictures on the screen to learn some news words.( river, between, many, lots of, village , village ,ropeway, boat……)

1. Look at the picture and title below. Guess what the passage is about.
