Subject Subject ：The Study on Supply Logistics System for Coal Enterprise Specialty ：Mining Engineering Name ：GnoYan (Signatu件I＆监 Instructor：Suo Yong-Lu (Signature)％ ABSTRACT The material supply cost owns much percent in the product cost of coal enterprise．So it has important meanings in reducing the cost of product to strengthen the management of supply logistics，organize the activity of supply logistics．While the current supply logistics system of coal enterprise is still relatively confused．This ultimately can．so rise of the cost of each ton and decline of the benefit of the enterprise．Meanwhile，the researches on the supply logistics system of coal enterprise is not deep enough and mainly concentrate on certain respect of the system．So the thesis analyzes and study on the supply logistics system of the coal enterprise by system engineering theory． Thesis analyses the characters of the supply logistics system of coal enterprise at first， analyses the structure of it on the base of this，set up the explanation structure model of system optimization，draw a conclusion from that model that procurement and inventory control are the key joint of the system．And then the thesis works on the procurement model and the inventory control model ofcoal enterprise emphatically． On the base of analyzing the defect of tradition procurement model of coal enterprise， this thesis propose to apply the MRP II into the material procurement of coal enterprise，and use the material consumption quota as the replacement ofthe product construction analyze in MRP lI．This solve the problem when apply the MRP II into the coal enterprise and form the MRP II procurement model of coal enterprise．And then,discuss the supplier selection method which attach to procurement．In this thesis，present the fuzzy comprehensive judgment model of the coal enterprise supplier selection，presents a set of supplier selection index of coal enterprise，and uses the lower part normal distribution fu
