摘 摘 要 削公足我国历史上著名的政治家、思想家，中国古代礼乐文明的奠基人之一， 其思想博大精深，源远流长。“敬德保民”思想在周公整个思想体系中占有非常 重要的地位，虽然周公采取这 思想的直接目的是为了巩固本阶级的统治地位， 具有阶级局限性，但其结果却：有利于整个社会发展，因此又具有一定的历史进步 性。它对于儒家思想的形成和发展乃至中幽思想史的发展产生了深远的影响，并 且对十整个中国社会进程都具铂非同寻常的意义。 本文采用阶级分析、历史和逻辑相统一的方法，从理论和实践两个方面对周 公“敬德保民”思想进行较为系统的分析和探乩并挖掘这一思想的历史影响和 现代价值。 全文共分三部分。 第一部分：主要对周公“敬德保民”思想进行理论探讨，分析这一思想的基 本涵义、形成过程和理论基础。 第二部分：论述周公实践“敬德保民”思想的基本要求，在实践过程中坚持 的主要原则、以及实践“敬德保民”思想的基本途径和方法。 第三部分：论述周公“敬德保民”思想对儒家思想和对近现代中国社会的影 响，分析这。思想的现代价值，特别对于执政党建设、科学发展观、实施公民教 育和我困当前治国方略方面的借鉴意义。 遵循“古为今用”的原则，对周公“敬德保民”思想及其历史影响和现代价 值进行梳理，这是‘种新的尝试，不仅在学术研究领域，而且在社会实践中都具 有重要意义。 关键词： 周公 敬德保民 f归德慎{U 天人合 AbstractZhougong Abstract Zhougong is a famous politician and thinker in China history，and he is one of the founders of China’s ancient civilization．His thoughts are extensive and profound，long standing and well established，the thought of“moral respectation and people protection”occupies the very important status in Zhougong’s whole ideological system．Though the direct purpose of this thought was in order to consolidate the dominant positiI)n of the rnling class and was full of its class 1 imitation，its result was favorable to the whole SOCiel development and was rich in the certain historical value．Tt had exerted a far-reaching influence on the forming and development of Confucianism．And it had made a far—reaching impact on development of Chinese intellectual history，So this thought is full of remarkable meanings to the whole China’s social process． Through the way of class anal ysis，history and logic method，this thesis makes the systematic and sophisticated，theoretic and practice exploration on the thought of“moral respectation and people protection”and excavates its historical influence and modern value． The thesis is divided into three parts： The first part probes main]Y into the theories of“moral respectati on and people protection”and analyzes the cardinal concept，forming process and theoretical base of thi s thought． The second part discasses the prattices of the thought of
