哈尔滨工业大学哲学硕士学位论文摘要 哈尔滨工业大学哲学硕士学位论文 摘要 人的全面发展理论是马克思主义思想体系的一个重要组成部分。努力促 进人的全面发展是建设和谐社会的本质要求，也是高科技时代的需要。大学 作为人才培养的最高层次，应该是培养“全面发展的人”。因此，在新的历 史条件下，我国大学应该以马克思主义关于人的全面发展思想为理论依据， 确立自己的大学理念，培养和造就全面发展的人才，以适应社会主义现代化 建设的需要。 本文从马克思主义人的全面发展理论出发，揭示了人的全面发展的内 涵，包括人的自由个性的充分发展、人的能力的全面发展、人的社会关系的 全面发展、人的素质全面提高等内容；探讨了大学理念的含义，大学理念是 反映大学的本质和规律，并能对大学的发展起指向和引导作用的观念，是人 们对大学的理性审视，理想追求及所持有的教育观点：并阐述了教育实践是 人的全面发展和大学理念关系的中介问题。在此基础上，考察党的教育实践 的历史过程并分析所产生的对人的全面发展的效应，进而探讨了促进人的全 面发展的大学理念实现的途径。通过分析当前我国大学理念偏失的原因，提 出新时期应确立的大学理念。 对人的全面发展理论、大学理念的研究，特别是关于教育实践在大学理 念和人的全面发展关系中的中介作用的探讨是本文的研究成果。同时，对我 国大学理念偏失原因的分析及对新时期应确定的大学理念的思考是本文新意 之所在。 关键词：人的全面发展；大学理念；教育实践 堕玺堡：：：些奎兰篓耋黧圭：兰鲨兰Abstract 堕玺堡：：：些奎兰篓耋黧圭：兰鲨兰 Abstract Theory of human comprehensive development is an important proposition in Marxism theory system．To promot the human comprehensive development is an essence request of the harmonious society construction and also the need of the high-tech ages．University，as the highest layer of talented person training，should aim to make‘‘persons of comprehensive development”．Therefore，under the condition of new ages，the universities in our country should take the Marxism theory of human comprehensive development as the base theories to establish their university ideas，and make human of comprehensive development to meet the needs of the socialism modernization construction． Based on the Marxism theory of human comprehensive development，this work announce to public the content of the human comprehensive development， including the free characters of comprehensive development，the abilities of comprehensive development and the social relationship of comprehensive development etc．And it also inquiried into the meaning，characteristic of the university idea and that the education practice iS the medium between the human comprehensive development and the university ideas．Acording to this，we investigate the history process of the education practice of the Party．analyze its effect to the human comprehensive development，then we discus
