中文摘要 中文摘要 目的观察比较螺管支架合塑形夹板复合固定与跟骨牵；1治疗胫腓 骨骨折的临床疗效，揭示螺管支架合塑形夹板复合固定治疗胫腓骨骨 折的临床特性及作用机理。 方法随机分实验组30例和对照组30例，实验组采用手法复位螺管支 架合塑形夹板复合固定治疗，对照组采用手法复位跟骨牵引治疗。在治疗 后对两组骨折复位情况，愈合情况，膝、踝功能恢复情况及总体疗效等观察 指标进行统计学比较。 结果治疗后，实验组骨折愈合情况，功能恢复情况优于对照组。骨折 复位情况两组无差别，实验组总体疗效优于对照组。 结论④螺管支架合塑形夹板复合固定，前者通过牵引纠正骨折的短缩 移位，也可以通过对骨折断端加压，产生应力刺激，促进骨折愈合，后者则 可控制骨折的侧方移位。两者配合使用可扬长避短，具有良好的生物力学性 能。固定牢固，应力遮挡作用小并具有操作简便、创伤少、合并症少，便于 推广等优点，适合于胫腓骨干各型骨折。②螺管支架合塑形夹板复合固定治 疗胫腓骨骨折，有利于复位、固定骨折，早期功能锻炼及伤肢功能恢复，缩 短骨折愈合时间，并能减少骨折延迟愈合和不愈合等并发症。 关键词 胫腓骨骨折；治疗；骨折固定术；结合固定技术；临床研究 The The clinical research of tibia and fibula fracture with spiral tube fixed traction apparatus and splints ABSTRACT Objective：To observe and compare the effect between spiral tube fixed traction apparatus and splints combined fixation and calcaneus traction treatment of tibia and fibula fracture．To post the therapeutic mechanism and clinical characteristic of tibia and fibula fracture with spiral tube fixed traction apparatus and splints． Methods：The cases were divided into 2 groups randomly．30 cases of experimental group were treated with spiral tube fixed traction apparatus and splints combined fixation；30 cases of the control group were treated by calcaneus traction treatment，After 9 months，fracture reduction，bone healing，and function are estimated aS well as index of curative effect． Result：both bone healing and function of the experimental group were betcer than that of the controI group．HoweveL There was no difference between t-wo groups about the fractured reduction．The macro curative effect of the control group is inferior to another． Conclusion：The use of tibia and fibula fracture with spiral tube fixed traction apparatus and splints benefited functional recovery and reduced the rate of fracture delayed—union and nonunion．The advantages of treating tibia and fibula fracture with spiral tube fixed订acfion apparatus and splints were sgong fixation， less tress block，convenient for earlier functional exercises and beneficial to the growth of calluses，easy tO
