复旦大学工程硕士论文摘要 复旦大学工程硕士论文 摘要 SCM系统往往只为一个核心制造企业服务，SCM信息平台是在SCM系统基础 上发展而来的、为特定行业提供SCM服务的公共平台。汽车销售行业是SCM信息 平台应用的典型案例。汽车厂商和经销商都可以借助于这个平台实现自己的业务 流程，进行信息的共享与交互，协同解决在企业管理与市场竞争中遇到的问题。 本文对面向汽车销售的SCM信息平台进行了全面的业务流程和系统实现分 析。从功能框架，网状供应链的权限管理，采购计划与销售流程的一体化管理， 多级库存管理，统一的客户管理，多层面的报表管理，以及与其他系统的集成等 多个方面进行了比较详细的阐述。 结合SAIS经销商管理系统在某大型汽车企业的应用实例，本文探讨了SCM 信息平台在汽车销售中的应用特征，以及面临的主要问题和解决方法。包括对于 需要在汽车厂商与经销商之问进行交互的复杂流程的整合，跨品牌的SCM信息平 台的实现等。此外，根据SCM信息平台在汽车销售行业中应用的特点，本文还总 结了SCM信息平台应用的范围和特征，以便其他应用企业借鉴。 关键词：供应链管理(SCM)，SCM信息平台，汽车销售，经销商管理系统 (DMS) 墨呈奎兰三堡堡主堡奎——ABSTRACT 墨呈奎兰三堡堡主堡奎—— ABSTRACT The Supply Chain Management System only services a core manufactory in supply chain．The SCM Information Platform is a typical platform based the SCM System，and services specific trade．It is classical that the SCM Information Plat is applied to the sale of automobiles．The automobile manufacturers and dealers can this platform accomplishing their business，sharing their information，solving the problems of business administration and the market competition，and SO on． This thesis analyzes the SCM Information Platform applied to the sale of automobiles all things concerned．The detailed discussions includes the functional structure，the authority management in the network supplies chain，management of consolidation between purchasing plansales procedure．managements of multi—level inventory,the uniform of customer management，multi—level report management，and integrity ofother systems。 Combined with the of SAIS—DMS，the article discusses the advantages in the automobile sales fields of SCM information platform，and also the problems met in the real world，as well the solutions，For example，the integrity of alternating complex procedure between automobile manufacture and dealers，and the way to realize the SCM information platform over several brands． The research about the SCM information platform，based the characters in automobile dealing industry the SCM information platform，concludes the scope and typical characters of SCM info
