600MW汽轮机组ETS保护系统优化策略 王 飞 （大唐贵州发耳发电有限公司 六盘水 553017） 摘要：本文结合某厂4台600MW汽轮机组ETS保护系统运行多年的经验，针对ETS保护系统设计缺陷，提出电源可靠性改造并增加第三路EPS直流电源、电源报警回路改造、AST电磁阀电压等级改造、手动跳机功能完善、增加防信号抖动延时逻辑、增加跳机指令发出时断开电磁阀零线的功能，从而提高ETS系统可靠性，保证机组安全。对其他电厂ETS保护系统的进一步完善有很大的借鉴意义。 关键词：ETS保护系统 汽轮机危急遮断系统 电源改造 AST电磁阀 可靠性 Abstract: Combined with experience of many years of operation of ETS protection system of four 600MW turbine units in a factory, aiming at the defects in the design of ETS protection system, In this paper, proposed reliability transformation of power supply and added the third-branch EPS DC power s
