北华大学毕业设计（论文） - PAGE 1 - 摘　　要 可编程序控制器(PLC)是以微处理器为核心，综合计算机技术、自动化技术和通信技术发展起来的一种新型工业自动控制装置。目前，可编程序控制器已成为工业自动化领域中最重要、应用最多的控制装置，其广泛的深度和广度成为衡量一个国家工业自动化程度高低的标志。 本文针对继电器控制系统可靠性较差、使用不够灵活方便等缺陷，利用PLC进行设计，达到了控制邮件分拣目的。在系统中充分利用PLC在控制方面的卓越性能实现了系统运行可靠、故障率低的功能。 本论文在内容安排上首先介绍了题目的来源与意义及其相关的背景：系统方案的确定、总体的组成、设计思想与理论依据等。随后对系统进行了详细设计，包括：部分硬件设计、安装；软件设计并编制梯形图；系统通调试等。 最后，论文对全文进行总结。 关键词：PLC控制；邮件分拣；触控屏 Abstract Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a late—model automatic equipment as core with microprocessor. Its development is based on computer technology , automatization technology and communications．At the present，PLC has become the most important automatic equipment and been applied widely ,The degree and extent of PLC development are the symbols of automatic level in one country． The main body of a book has been designed specifically for the relay controlling system reliability defects such as relatively poor，using lack to go to the lavatory nimbly，making use of PLC to be in progress，has reached the purpose controlling the mail sorting．PLC is in frequency transformer in fully utilizing in system，use the varying voltage exchanging frequency conversion to drag moving a technology ,the starting having realized reliably，the malfunction leads the low function． This paper first introduces the background related to it and the meaning and source of this title，the definition of systematic scheme，overall composition and design thought and theoretical basis；then carries out detailed design of the system which includes control circuit hardware and assembly；Software design and a ladder diagram；System communication by and debugging and so on．In the master system design，Configuration software is used to build dynamic operation pictures with Windows style，such as parameter setting frame，process monitor frame，data processing frame，fault location and system animation，etc． Finally ,a conclusion is given ． Keywords：PLC controls ；Sorting mail；Touch screen 目　　录 TOC \o 1-3 \h \z 摘　　要 h 1 Abstract h 2
