滨州学院本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE i 基于PLC的变频恒压供水系统的设计 摘 要 本毕业设计是由PLC、变频器、水泵机组及相关设备等组成的一套变频恒压供水系统。本系统有效的将PLC与变频器、传感器等设备结合起来，一同运作并发挥各各设备的优势，已达到最大程度的满足用户的用水需求，系统具有运行平稳、可靠性高、操作便捷以及能耗低节能等多方面特点。系统首先提前设置变频器内置PID模块参数，然后压力传感器根据用户用水量的变化造成的水压变化反馈构成闭环控制系统；PID模块调节水泵的工作状态以及输出流量，从而达到恒压供水的设计理念。本文首先简介采取变频调速方式达到恒压供水的原理；其 次，对水压变化时水 泵 机 组的 各种工作状 态 、水泵在变频和工频两种运行方式间的转换条件和过程进行研究与分析，设计研究并提出了基于PLC的变 频恒压供水系统的具体方案，并对器件的选型和程序编程部分进行研究设计。 关键词：PLC，变频调速，恒压供水  Frequency Conversion Constant Pressure Water-supply System Based on PLC Abstract This graduation design is composed of PLC, frequency converter, water pump unit and related equipment such as a set of variable frequency constant pressure water supply system. This system effectively combine PLC and frequency converter, sensors and other equipment, work together and play to the advantages of mine equipment, has reached the maximum meet the user's demand, this graduation design are characterized by their smooth operation, high reliability, convenient operation and low energy consumption and energy saving characteristics in many aspects. This system firstly set up in advance inverter built-in PID module parameters, then through the change of pressure sensor according to user's water consumption caused by the hydraulic pressure change feedback constitute a closed-loop control system; PID module to adjust the working state of the pump and output flow, so as to achieve the design concept of constant pressure water supply.
