PAGE PAGE I 本科生毕业论文 商业银行信贷风险防范问题研究 摘 要 信贷风险历来是银行业乃至整个金融业最主要的风险形式,是金融机构和监管部门防范与控制的主要对象和核心内容。银行信贷业务所带来的信用风险及其控制也一直是商业银行最为关注和棘手的问题。随着国际金融市场的不断发展，特别是2008年美国次贷危机的爆发，我国商业银行资产质量恶化，不良贷款比重较高，国有商业银行信用风险暴露尚不充分，且面临的风险有加大的趋势。在经营中出现了资本充足率下降，银行的抗风险能力降低；零首付或假首付情况下的断供风险频繁发生；个人住房贷款的成数普遍偏高等问题。中国加入WTO后,随着改革开放程度的加深,国内商业银行将受到更多的国际国内因素冲击,承受更多的内外风险,我国商业银行信贷风险问题突出导致商业银行经营风险增大，影响我国经济金融的稳定发展.再加上国有商业银行信贷风险管理体制存在的一些缺陷,导致金融抑制现象长期伴随中国经济生活的现实之中. 要在日趋激烈的市场竞争中取胜,强化全面信贷风险防范已成为当务之急。因此,我国商业银行信贷风险防范策略研究既有理论探讨价值,又有实际现实意义。 在这种严峻的形式下，是否能很好的处理信贷风险，关系到商业银行的长远发展。但只要各家商业银行树立稳健经营理念，坚持三性有机统一；构筑以人为本工程，健全贷款责任制度；实施客户授信管理，不断优化贷款结构；完善信贷内控制度，防范业务运作风险；建立风险预警机制，促使质量关口前移，将很好的促进我国商业银行信贷风险防范和商业银行的健康发展。 关键词：商业银行；信贷风险; 防范措施  Abstract The credit risk is always a banking industry, and even the entire financial industry most main risk form, is the financial organ and the Supervisory department guard and the control main object and the central content. and the credit risk brought by credit operation is always the toughest issue for commercial banks and attracts most attention. Along with international money markets unceasing development, specially in 2008 the American loan crisiss eruption, causes our country Commercial bank faced with the bigger service pressure, simultaneously the credit risk also even more increased. The credit operation is the Commercial bank most main asset operation, certainly faces the most main risk is also the credit risk, whether can the very good processing credit risk, relate Commercial banks long-term development. In order to maximize the profit and minimize the risk, commercial bank should analyze the credit level and the repaying capability of customers on the basis of customer’s history credit data before lending money. Each commercial bank has tried to find a superior technology to evaluate the customer’s credit level instead of traditional manual calculation for a long time, but the result was far from satisfaction.
