重庆大学 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 model. Firstly, determine the collections of evaluation factors and reviews. Secondly, conduct the single factor evaluation for the quantitative and qualitative indicators. Thirdly, construct fuzzy relation matrix based on the above conclusions. Fourthly, select fuzzy operator, integrate the index relative weights and fuzzy relationship matrix from the bottom up, and obtain evaluation results vector. Based on the weighted average principle, the valuation results vector was transformed by hundred mark system. Then the final evaluation score was obtained. For the evaluation system, the level of scientific and technological progress in coal enterprises in North China was chosen to conduct the actual evaluation. The results showed that the evaluation system with a strong practical has some guidance for the technology development and management optimization of coal enterprises.
