基于ASP.NET的教师量化考核系统 II 河北北方学院 毕业论文 基于ASP.NET的教师量化考核系统 The teacher evaluation system based on ASP.NET 院 系：信息科学与工程学院 专 业：计算机科学与技术 基于ASP.NET的教师量化考核系统 河北北方学院2013届本科生毕业论文 I 摘 要 现阶段，大部分高校都会在学期末对老师进行综合测评，学生通过进入相关网页对任课老师的教学质量做出评价，与此同时各高校领导每学期也会对老师进行一个年度考核，以此考核结果作为教师评职称或者教师评优的依据，进而提高老师的教学积极性，达到更好的教学目的。 考核的时候，老师则需要将自己的教学情况，实验情况以及自己的科研情况一一记录下来，由于老师每一年的工作量都非常大，在填写考核表的过程中难免有所遗漏或者差错。本设计利用 ASP.NET网站开发平台和Microsoft?Visual?Studio?2012作为开发工具。后台采用了SQL Server 2008 数据库设计，利用ADO数据库访问技术实现对数据库的各种管理操作。本系统有两种登录模式：教师登录、管理员登录。教师通过系统可添加个人教学、实验、科研等相关信息并且可以对相关信息进行添加、删除、查询等功能；校领导以管理员身份登录系统可通过不同的检索条件对各教师教学情况进行查询、审核并且可以给任课老师留言等功能。系统通过对各教师教学情况进行量化考核，为其职称评聘和岗位聘任提供参考依据。该系统除了实现以上功能外,还具有操作简单、稳定、安全和清新的用户界面等特点。 关键词：?ASP.NET 教师量化考核 SQL2008 VS2012 ADO ABSTRACT At this stage, most of the universities are in the end of the semester comprehensive evaluation of the teacher, the students related web pages by entering the classroom teachers teaching quality evaluation, at the same time each semester the university leadership will conduct an annual assessment of the teacher, in order to assess teacher assessment results as the basis for titles or appraised teachers, thus improving the teachers teaching initiative, to achieve better teaching purposes.
