企业现场改善平台 企业班组管理系统 PAGE IV 共 NUMPAGES 38 页 第 页 PAGE IV 企业班组管理系统 摘要 班组管理信息系统( Team Management Information System ，以下简称TMIS)是将以计算机技术为基础的管理信息系统应用于企业基层班组管理而形成的一种现代化的班组管理方法和手段。开发和利用TMIS对提高班组管理水平，实现班组管理现代化具有重要意义，是实现以人为中心的管理、促进企业管理现代化的必然选择。 本系统利用目前计算机与网络技术，结合现今企业现场管理的改善方法和手段，从TMIS的初步调查开始，详细介绍了班组管理系统的需求分析、业务流程和数据流程，并进行了系统总体结构设计、功能模块设计和数据库设计等，目的是通过对理想的TMIS的主要功能目标、系统构成和开发过程等的分析研究，来探索企业如何开发TMIS、用TMIS有效解决基层班组的管理问题，用班组管理与现场管理相结合的手段实现班组现场管理的无纸化以及班组间信息共享的目标。 关键词:信息技术；数据库技术；班组管理 Abstract Team management information system (Team Management Information System, hereinafter referred to as TMIS) is based on computer technology will be the management information system used in corporate grassroots team management and team formation of a modern management methods and means.
