- 30 - - PAGE I 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 30 - = 1 \* ROMAN 钢结构住宅楼设计 摘要 本工程为钢结构住宅楼，采用框架结构，设计基准期50年，安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。钢结构，楼面为钢混组合楼面，柱下独立基础。本设计以工程实例为研究对象，设计过程包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计部分在满足生产工艺流程要求条件下，同时考虑消防、水、暖、电等专业和甲方需要，充分利用建筑内的空间及框架结构的优点进行平面和竖向设计，在立面处理上，力求新颖，经济美观。设计手段主要采用天正、AutoCAD等软件。结构设计部分突出概念设计为主，计算为辅的设计理念，采用PKPM结构系列设计软件，对刚结构进行空间分析计算，其计算结果准确可靠。建筑设计本着“功能适用，经济合理，造型美观，环境相宜”的原则，以国家相应规范、标准为依据，完成了设计任务书所要求的建筑平面设计。 结构设计本着“安全，经济，美观”的原则，进行了竖向荷载汇集，内力计算，内力组合，风荷载验算，板、梁、柱、楼梯等结构构件的设计。设计过程中，充分运用所学的知识，熟悉与应用各种设计规范与标准，了解和使用先进设计方法、计算软件。结构采用框架体系，既满足了建筑对刚度的要求，又能提供较大的可灵活布置的空间，从而更好地满足使用要求。 关键词　框架结构；结构设计；荷载汇集；内力计算；配筋计算 PAGE 38 30 - = 2 \* ROMAN Steel structure housing Abstract The engineering is a frame structure for steel structure housing. The build adopt steel frame structure，the design base year is 50 years , the safe grade is 2 , and the earthquake intensity sale is 6. The design process, including architectural design and structural design of two parts, part of the architectural design of the full use of building space and the advantages of frame design.
