PAGE 河南城建学院本科毕业设计 设计说明 PAGE PAGE I 设计说明 本设计是针对处理量为4万吨/年的粗苯精制工艺，采用的是溶剂萃取低温加氢工艺，萃取剂是N-甲酰吗啉。在本设计中精馏工段主要有四个塔，即预精馏塔，萃取精馏塔，纯苯塔和二甲苯塔，在本设计的设计计算中主要是对纯苯塔做了详细计算，分别对其进行了物料衡算，热量衡算，纯苯塔的设计计算，以及塔附件的计算。并对其进行了流体力学性能的验算，以及塔板负荷性能图的绘制。其中计算出纯苯塔主要参数为：塔径1.4m，塔高19m，实际塔板数32块，板间距0.4m。其中精馏段塔板数为11块，提馏段塔板数为21块等等，经过精制后使甲苯含量小于0.3%，苯含量大于99.7%，二甲苯含量小于4.0%。最后又绘制了工艺流程图，物料衡算图，以及纯苯塔的主体设备图。其中纯苯塔塔顶温度为80℃，塔釜温度为 本设计的产品有纯苯、甲苯、二甲苯、非芳烃、重苯，其中最主要的产品是纯苯、甲苯和二甲苯。 【关键词】粗苯，加氢，精制，苯 河南城建学院本科毕业设计 Design descriptions PAGE 26 Design descriptions This design is for productivity for 40000 tons/year of coarse benzene refining process, USES is the solvent extraction low temperature hydrogenation process, extracting agent is N-formex Lin.
