德尔菲法在我国艾滋病综合防治绩效评价指标筛选中的应 用 李绍奎1秦侠2李洁雪2陈任2马颖2王晓虎3胡志2 摘 要 目的 筛选统一的、适合我国国情的艾滋病综合防治绩效评价 的指标，用于指导我国艾滋病防治工作。方法 采用德尔菲专家咨询法，对卫生 管理、疾病控制、临床医生以及流行病学、卫生统计学方面的专家进行三轮电子 邮件咨询。结果 通过三轮咨询，历时2个月，共筛选出52个指标。其屮需求 评价指标7个，组织保障评价指标8个，防治活动评价指标15个，防治效果的 指标12个，经济学评价指标5个及满意度和反应性指标5个。结论 建立了一 套统一的、适合我国国情的艾滋病综合防治绩效评价指标体系。 关键词 德尔菲法； 艾滋病； 防治； 绩效 The Application of Delphi method in Screening Performance Evaluation indicators of HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Prevention and Control in China.
