II II Abstract The popularity of the internet and the continuous development of network information technology have impacted the people’s production and life a lot，the internet has become an important platform for releasing，accessing and making use of information. However，faced with the complex and large amount of net information， users are always at a loss for how to determine the value of the selected network information，and the information publishers and managers know little about how to ensure the realization of the value of network information. The author found that now there are very few studies on the value of network information at home and abroad. So, it is necessary to analyze the factors and ways that influence the value of network information and the realization of value of network information to ensure users can acquire the real, reliable and valuable network information. Based on the research status at home and abroad and the theory of value, the dual theory of value, the network effect and the long tail theory, the article has analyzed the configuration, determinants and approaches of the value of the network information. And the author finds that the value of the network information is influenced by the object factors and the subject factors, and among which the object factors includes the source, the uniformity of the content, the integrity, the authenticity, the accuracy and the dissemination of network information; the subject factors includes the extent of the network information to meet customers’ needs, the capacity of processing network information for the sink, the information life cycle theory and the ecological environment of information .
