This ways make the violence become hidden and the trading become legalization form, especially in engineering bidding, auction, asset transfer items acquisitions field, which has destroyed the social economy and politic life order seriously. Because the charges amendment was modified, forced trading charges behavior has been effectively expand, which catered to the needs of social development. This article is mainly about the further analysis on the definition and characters of the force trading to understand the relationship between the means behavior and purpose behavior. The means behavior of the crime of coercing transactions includes violent behavior and menace behavior is no dispute in theory. but violence shall be limited to the extent of the minor injuries, t he object of violence in the implementation of the person of limited category, and the extent of the threat is enough to make the victim from fear; and it only refers to legal transactions in purpose behavior, when other transactions can’t be comprise, such as Drug trade and Smuggling.
