Mexico cuisine;; Mexican Food culture can be traced back to more than 3000 years ago. Travelers took back kinds of ingredients from China, Indian, and Europe , the ingredients combined with the local materials, developing and forming more than 900 dishes.; Mexicans are casual when they are having meals, they like eating with their hands to show their forthright which is regarded as the ethnic flavor.（民族特色）And if you eat with knife and fork, others will think you are snobbish.(势利);1.Pepper Pepper is Mexican favorite ingredient, there are hundreds kinds of peppers in Mexico. The Mexicans like chopping tomato, coriander(香菜), onion , pepper and mixing them together .After that, they will roll them with hoecake(玉米饼) and this kind of food has on interesting name ‘burrito’.;2.Cactus(仙人掌) Mexico is called the country of cactus, there are nearly more than 100 kinds of cactus in Mexico. It is also regarded as a kind of fruit and a tasty pickles(小菜)which can reduce fever .;Three kinds of cactus fruits: 1.White cactus fruit: pulp(浆) is light green such as Jude 2.Purple cactus fruit: all purple ,flesh juicy, such as ruby (these two kinds can be eaten directly) 3.Sour cactus fruit: pink , tastes like lemon, it is always made a sour, salty, dried fruit quite the same as plum candy(话梅) in china. ;3.Corn Corn is cultivated by the Indians who are the ancestors of Mexicans.
