中风防治灵颗粒干预脑梗死二级预防的初步临床观察 Preliminary clinical observation on the secondary prevention for cerebral infarct by Zhong feng fang zhi ling granules Wang Wenyan(Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Directed by Wang Songling Abstract Objective The topics to be adopted by the observation of zhong feng fang zhi ling Granules of cerebral infarct secondary prevention interventions, and to explore its mechanism of action, reduction in stroke incidence, and improve the quality of life in patients with significance. Methods Cases of the standard clinical randomized, parallel -group, open trial were randomly divided into A, B groups, each group are 40 cases; then toss to determine for the treatment of group A, group B for the control group.Treatment group with zhong feng fang zhi ling Granules.Blank control group: the same basic treatment. Two sets of basic treatment programs refer to cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment guidelines 2005 edition, the two groups were treated for 6 months. Before treatment,the patients were age, gender, disease duration,ESSEN stroke risk score,mRS score, neurologic impairment score,TCM syndrome score for statistical test, no significant difference (P0.05) .Compared with neurologic impairment score ,disability score (mRS score), TCM syndrome score,stroke end point event,safety inspection indicators before and after treatment , the adverse reaction/event two occurrence indicators were assessed by statistical analysis , Evaluated of zhong feng fang zhi ling granules intervened cerebral infarct secondary preventive effect.
