WHO(World Health Organization ) definition of Health : Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity Health 随着我们的国家的发展,人们对健康越来越重视。但是,仍有许多人 不知道如何在日常生活中保持健康。常言道,健康不是一切,但是 没有了健康,你将失去一切,包括你的理想,生命。因此保持健康是 非常重要的. How to keep healthy ①Doing exercise is a good way of keeping yourself healthy. Exercise makes you fitter and helps you relax. Sports Do you like sports, which sports do you like best? swimming cycing jogging Aerobic exercise can help able-bodied cardiopulmonary and blood circulation system 有氧运动有助于强健心肺功能和血液循环系统 伸展运动有助于全身淋巴腺的畅通及关节的放松,是很好的身体保健运动。 Stretching exercises are good to make us systemic lymph clear and the joint relax, it is a very good body movement. How to keep healthy Medical explantion for exercise :it is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day.
