中国实用医药 2008年 1月第 3卷第 3期 　Ch ina Prac M ed, Jan 2008, Vol. 3,No. 3 ·1 · 专论 · · 抗癌药西曲瑞克应用研究新进展 蔡佳利 　陈朝晖 　耿蓉霞 　周成合 【摘要 】　抗癌药西曲瑞克是一种新合成的促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂 ,通过与内源性 LHRH 竞争 ( ) ( ) 垂体细胞上的膜受体 ,从而控制黄体生成素 LH 和卵泡刺激素 FSH 的分泌 。大量研究表明 ,西曲瑞克 对卵巢癌 、前列腺癌 、子宫纤维瘤 、子宫内膜异位等疾病有较好的疗效 ,而且对良性前列腺肥大和卵巢过 度刺激综合征有预防和改善作用 。本文就其应用研究的最新进展进行综述 。 【关键词 】　西曲瑞克 ;卵巢癌 ; 良性前列腺肥大 ;前列腺癌 New progre ss of an ticancer cetrorelix drug 　CA I J iali, CHEN Z haohu i, GEN G R ong x ia, et a l.
