第六节 职位推荐Employee Referral Introduction 在外企里,内部员工推荐是非常流行的一种招聘方式。有的公司甚至会设奖金来鼓励员工推荐优秀的人才 In foreign companies, referring employees internally is a very popular way to recruit. Some companies even set up incentives to encourage employees to recommend talented people. Steve的好朋友Vivian在CC公司从事法务工作多年,她觉得Steve很适合一个新公布的销售职位空缺,就打了电话给Steve Vivian, a good friend of Steve, has been engaged in legal work in CC for many years. She thinks Steve is very suitable for an open post of Sales, so she gives Steve a call. Dialogue Vivian: Steve,最近怎么样? Vivian: Hi, Steve, how is everything going Steve: 一切都好。你还好么? Does your organization structure frequently have these kinds of changes? 他离职是因为薪水?还是另有原因? Is he leaving because of salary issues or for some other reason? Rest assured: our internal political struggle is not as fierce as our competitors(in the industry.) Steve: 我没有外企工作的经验啊,英语口语也一般,能应聘成功么? Steve: Apart from not having any experience working in a foreign company, my spoken English is only average. How could I succeed in applying for this job?
