CK6440数控车床总体及主轴部件设计 中文摘要 本课题主要研究的内容是CK6440数控车床总体及主轴部件的设计。CK6440数控车床是一种适用于盘套类、短轴零件的高精度高效率加工的机床。因此，为了达到它所要求的工艺要求，我所做的设计内容主要包括：总体方案图的绘制，主轴装配图的绘制，电气控制原理图的绘制，传动原理图的绘制，液压系统图的绘制以及主轴零件图的绘制。本次设计的重点是机床整体结构，车主轴的设计计算以及主轴部件的计算和校核。 关键词：数控车床，斜床身，主轴部件，液压刀架 Abstract The main research content of this thesis is the design of CK6440 numerical control lathe and the main axis parts. CK6440 numerical control lathe is a kind of machine tool which can be used in the high precision and proficency machining of the disc sleeve and the short axis parts. Therefore, in order
