毕业设计说明书 论文题目：一种机油滤清器的设计 部:系 专 业: 班 级: 学生姓名: 学 号: 指导教师: 部: 摘要 机油滤清器的作用主要是过滤机油中绝大部分杂质，保待机油的清洁，延长 其止常使用寿命。另外，机油滤清器述应该具有过滤能力强、流通阻力小、使用 寿命长等性能。本次设计通过对机油滤清器工作原理的了解，及其构成零件的熟 知。从机油滤清器所发挥的作用、发动机内部零件的润滑（主要是对各零部件寿 命的影响）、尺寸及其结构方面进行理论阐述，并应用机械设计相关知识去合理 设计满足所需求的机油滤清器。 本机油滤清器设计特点如下： 选用0405型滤纸作为机油滤清器的滤材，滤除率达60%以上。 采用螺旋中心管，螺旋中心管连接缝隙采用搭接并压出凸棱，极大地增 强了中心管的强度。 旁通阀开启压力公差小，开启后的通油能力大。 添加硅胶止回阀，有效防止主油道供油时间滞后，且原始阻力变化较小。 关键词：滤除率，旁通阀，原始阻力，流通阻力 ABSTRACT The main function is to filter oil filter oil in most of the impurities, oil to clean, prolong the service life of the normal.
