In the method, H ard particle are filled betw een the electrode in the proce of electroform ing . They touch the urface of moving cathode tightly and random move w ith the motion of the cath ode imultaneou ly. While cathode move , the particle w ill poli h and impact the urface of cathode continuou ly. The urf ace morphology, micro tructure and corro ion re i tance of the coating w ere characterized.
