论文题目 ：重庆制造业对河水环境的影响及绿色制造的实施 专 业 ：机械工程 硕 士 ：宋江敏 （签名） 指导教师 ： 李涤尘 （签名） 摘 要 制造业是国民经济的支柱产业，同时又是消耗资源、污染环境的主要行业。重庆市位于长江上游三峡水库回水变动区末端，是我国六大制造业基地之一。制造业是重庆市水环境污染大户，特别是三峡工程建成后，长江重庆江段水面加宽，水流减缓，制造业对重庆市水环境质量将产生更大的影响。本文研究制造业对河水环境的污染，通过实施绿色制造，减少制造业对重庆河水的污染。 本文从重庆市水污染现状出发，通过分析重庆市工业废水排放量，得出制造业对重庆市水环境质量产生很大影响。部分重点制造业污染源在其排放口形成污染带，对长江岸边水质产生了明显的影响。建立水动力学及水质模拟数学模型，包括平面二维水动力学模型及二维水质模型。由此对长江、嘉陵江重庆主城区段进行水质模拟及预测。由模拟图对产生污染较严重的江北区典型企业污染情况进行分析。 在分析机械工业企业实施环境保护管理基础上，建立了绿色制造实施的体系框架，实施绿色制造的途径以及企业实施绿色制造的对策—实施ISO14000国际环境管理标准。给出了长安有限责任公司电镀车间的应用实例。 关 键 词：绿色制造 水质模型 环境污染 预测 论文类型：应用基础 Subject : Effect of Chongqing manufacturing industries on water environmental of rivers and implement strategy of green manufacturing Speciality : mechanical engineering Name : Song Jiangmin （Signature） Instructor : Li Dichen （Signature） Abstract Manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economy, but it is also the main industry consuming resources, polluting environment. Chongqsing city at the upstream of Yangtze River, and at the backwater zone of the Threegorges Reservoir, it is one of the six biggest industry city of China. Manufacturing industries is the major pollution sources to water environment in Chongqing, especially after the Threegorges Reservoir constructed, width of water surface will be increased, velocity will be slow-done, so manufacturing industries will make serious impact to water quality. The impact to water environment by manufacturing industries, and for reduce the water pollution by manufacturing industries by means of implement the Green Manufacturing (GM) are researched in this paper.
