AGREEMENT 协议 This CONTRACT (hereinafter called the Contract) is made on the 28thday of May, 2016 between, on the one hand CHINA STATECONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED (hereinafter called the Client which expression shall include the successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns) and, on the other hand, ASSOCIATED CONSULTANCY CENTRE (PVT) LTD. (hereinafter called the the Consultants which expression shall include the successors, legal representatives and permitted assigns). 本合同（以下简称“本合同”）于２０１６年５月２８号之间编制完成，一方面，中国建筑总公司（以下我们称之为“委托方”其中应包括继承人，法定代理人和许可受让人）另一方面，联合监理中心有限公司（之后称之为“监理方”其中应包括继承人，法定代理人，许可受让人）  WHEREAS 　鉴于： (a) the Client has requested the Consultants to provide certain consulting services as defined in the General Conditions of Contract attached to this Contract (hereinafter called the Services); and 　　　委托方已要求监理方提供监理服务（以下简称“服务”）在合同的一般条款中附有规定; (b) the Consultants, having represented to the Client that they have the required professional skills, and personnel and technical resources, have agreed to provide the Services on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract; 　　　监理公司，其派送的代表，他们具备必要的专业技能，人才和技术资源，以及阐述在本合同中同意提供的服务。; NOW THEREFORE the Parties hereby agree as follows: 鉴此：双方达成如下协议： 1.
