Niangpi It is similar to “liangpi” here, but I think it tastes more delicious .it combined with garlic, peppery, vinegar, etc . lamb We usually cook lamb in boiled water with just a few ingredients like salt and monosodium glutamate , When you eat them with its soup and garlic, you will feel you are in paradise . yogurt Maybe you have heard “ Qinghai yogurt .It’s now famous in china ,For my hometown is near Tibet ,there are also many plains for raising cows to product milk .so yogurt is fecundity.
