PAGE 28 摘 要 本设计主要介绍了双光辊破碎机的发展历史、组成及工作原理，在分析煤炭工业及煤炭工业的行业背景的基础上，了解了现代双光辊破碎机在煤矿行业应用时主要存在的技术问题和不足。根据这些问题和不足之出发而设计了本对辊破碎机。 本设计首先确定了设计方案，主要采用带传动减速，由于传动系统简单，这就保证了传动的稳定性，同时在光辊方面也进行了改进，在材料及表面处理方面进行了研究，所以破碎效果更好，不会产生过粉尘现象。 关键词：对辊破碎机；双光棍；破碎机 ABSTRACT This paper introduces the design of double roller crusher development history， composition and working principle， based on the analysis of the coal industry and the coal industrys background and understanding of the modern double roll crusher technical problems and shortcomings existing in the coal mine indus
