施工企业安全管理中存在的问题及对策 摘 要 建筑工程施工安全管理对减少安全事故的发生具有重要意义，建筑工程安全管理是一项复杂的系统工程，目前我国的工程施工管理还存在着很多的不足，主要原因是由于社会以及企业没有充分认识到工程施工安全管理的不足。本文以工程施工安全管理概论为切入点，对工程施工中安全意外事故的主要原因进行了研究，并提出了解决工程施工安全管理的现有问题的对策：建立安全管理思想保障体系、提高施工安全技术、建立安全管理组织保障体系、建立完善法律保障体系、利用经济手段加强施工安全管理。工程施工安全管理不仅可以提高施工企业的社会责任、构建良好的施工环境，更是工程施工人员的生命安全的重要保障。 关键词 建筑施工企业；安全隐患；安全管理；保障体系  Problems and Countermeasures of safety management in construction enterprises Abstract In the construction industry brought great development to Chinas economy at the same time, has become one of the China production safety accidents of the high incidence of industry, the construction safety management has important significance to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, safety management of construction project is a complex systems engineering, the current construction management in our country still exist a lot of problems, the main reason is because of the social and enterprises are not fully aware of the shortage of construction safety management.In this paper, with the introduction of engineering construction safety management as the starting point, the main reason of safety accidents in construction are studied, and put forward some countermeasures to solve the existing problems of safety management of project construction: establishing safety management thought guarantee system, improve the construction safety technology, the system of safety management for establishing safety management organization guarantee system,establish and improve the legal protection ,using economic means to strengthen the construction safety management. Construction safety management can not only improve the construction environment to build a good social responsibility, construction enterprise, is an important guarantee for the safety of life engineering construction personnel.
