But at this stage due to lack of legal regulation , so that works of folklore commercialization face difficul ­ ties . This requires us to establish the legal principle of folklore works protected ; accordance with the “ Intangible Cultural Heritage Law” and “folklore copyright protection regulations” from the public and private law at different angles be regulated for folklore works business development activities ; to build individual and collective , 44Three for^ national Concept defines the rights of authors subject folklore works that seek to balance the interests of all parties .
