六味消白方治疗白瘢风疗效观察 及机制研究 廖勇梅1杜宇1徐基祥1熊霞1 四川省泸州医学院附属医院646000 ［摘要］目的观察六味消白方治疗白瘢风的临床疗效并探讨其作用机 制。方法将63例白瘢风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组疗程均为3个月。 同时釆用采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定两组患者治疗前后血清IL-18、IL-17的 水平。结果治疗组有效率为84.37%,痊愈率为37.50%，对照组有效率为51.61% , 痊愈率为19.35% ,两组比较有显著性差异(Plt;0.05)o治疗组血清IL-18 IL-17 的水平治疗前较治疗后两者水平有显著性差异，对照组治疗前后血清中两者水平 差异无显著性。结论六味消白方治疗白瘢风安全有效。六味消白方治疗白瘢风 可能通过抑制IL?18、IL-17而起治疗作用。 ［关键词白瘢风；六味消白方；白细胞介素10；白细胞介素17 Study on Mechanism and Clinlical efficacy of the Six-flavor? eradicating vititligo prescription in Patients with Vitiligo Du Yu , Liao Yong-mei, Xu Ji-xiang, Xiong Xia ? (Derpartment of Dermatology ,Luzhou Medical College Hospital, Luzhou 646000, China) ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the mechanism and Clinlical efficacy of the Six-flavor? eradicating vititligo prescript!on in patients with vitiligo .Methods 63 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups: 32 cases in experimental group and 31 cases in control group. The period of treatment in two group were 3 mon ths. En zyme-li nked immuno sorbe nt assy( ELISA) were used to detect the serum levels of IL-18 and IL-17 in two groups before and after treatment..Result The effective rates of two groups were separately 84.37% and 51.61%, and the healing rates of two groups were separately 37.50% and 19.35% , there was sign讦icant difference between the two groups (Plt;0.05). The serum level of IL-18 and IL-17 in the experime ntal group was signifca ntly d iff ere nee before and after treatme nt (P lt;0.05), while there is no significant differenee between the indicators before and after treatment of the control group. Conclusion Six-flavor- eradicating vititligo prescription is effective and well-tolerated in the treatment of vitiligo. The treatment effects of Six-flavor- eradicating vititligo prescription may be through its inhibiting effects on IL-18 and IL-17 .
