PAGE PAGE 28 题 目: 基于体验的历史类博物馆游客满意度研究 ——以河南省博物院为例 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 摘 要 博物馆旅游是近几十年来国内外逐渐兴起的一种新兴旅游形式，它使得旅游活动由一般的游览观光上升到高文化含量的游憩活动。而针对博物馆游客满意度的研究也越来越被重视，人们通过各种切入点来研究，期望提高游客的满意度。而事实上，旅游体验是和游客满意度是密切相关的，它们之间有着特定的关系。 本文的主要内容包括：从目前的研究现状出发，对游客体验和游客满意的涵义进行界定，接着在其他学者研究的基础上建立历史类博物馆游客满意度模型，并确定历史类博物馆游客满意度测评指标体系，其中包含三大二级指标和十项三级指标。接着对河南博物院进行实证研究并运用SPSS13.0软件分析基于体验的历史类博物馆游客满意度的情况，并在此基础上提出基于体验的历史类博物馆游客满意度提升策略。 本文的研究成果：（1）建立了历史类博物馆游客满意度模型；（2）分析了历史类博物馆游客满意度模型各要素指标之间的关系；（3）探讨了河南博物院游客满意度的提升策略。 关键词： 历史类博物馆 游客满意 游客体验 Title A Study on Tourist Satisfaction in History Museum Based on Tourism Experience : A Case Study on Henan Museum Abstract Museum tour is domestic and international gradual in the last several decades rise of a kind of newly arisen tour form，It make tour activity from general of tour sightseeing ascension arrive high the recreation activity of the cultural content.But aim at the tourist satisfaction in museum of research also more and more value， people pass various correspond point to come to study， expectation exaltation the tourist satisfaction.But in fact， the tour experience be with touris satisfaction closely-related， they have particular of relation.
