A造船企业能源消耗及节能策略研究 北京理工大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 摘要 能源是国民经济的重要支柱,是人类生存和社会发展的重要物质基础。合理开发 和利用能源,是国民经济和社会持续发展的重要源泉和战略依据,也是一个国家综合 国力的重要体现。 当前,我国造船企业面临着重大的发展机遇,成长迅速,但能源消耗高是造船企 业发展的巨大阻碍。探讨我国造船企业能源消费的特征,寻求合理的节能途径,制定 合适的节能策略,有利于推动我国造船企业低碳发展。 本文主要回顾了我国船舶制造企业发展的历史,介绍了我国船舶制造工业企业的 节能减排现状及相关工艺与技术水平,将我国船舶制造企业与西方发达国家船舶制造 企业间进行比较,找出我国与先进发达国家的差距。对A造船企业发展现状以及节能 降耗工作总体情况进行了分析,研究了该企业在实施节能降耗计划所具备的优、劣势, 并从加强管理,深化技术创新等角度对A船企业如何实现节能降耗进行了对策分析和 探讨。 研究认为:我国造船企业整体能效水平较低的主要原因是造船企业缺乏合理运行 管理方式,缺少核心技术,不掌握关键技术。针对A企业节能降耗现状,指出该造船 企业实现节能目标的出路在于提高船舶工业设计水平,提高能源利用率,同时加强船 舶制造企业管理方面的创新也是A企业降低能耗的必由之路。 关键词:造船企业 能耗 管理创新 节能策略 IV 北京理工大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 ABSTRACT Energy is an important pillar of national economy, and it is the key foundation for human living and social development. Rational development and utilization of energy is important for sustainable development of national economy and society, and reflects the comprehensive strength of a country At present, Chinas shipbuilding enterprises are facing significant development opportunity, and develop rapidly, but the high energy consumption is a great obstacle to the development of shipbuilding enterprises.
