. . . 本科毕业论文 中文题目： 完善我国工伤事故预防体系研究 英文题目： Research on the improvement of Chinas industrial injury accident prevention system 院系名称： 经济学院财政系 专业班级： 劳动1201班 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2016年 05月 13日 内容摘要 现阶段我国工伤事故频发，职业病不断侵害着劳动者的身体健康，迫切要求有一个合理有效的机制解决相关问题。我国现行的工伤保险制度不尽合理，对劳动者的合法权益保障不够全面，没有建立有效的工伤预防机制，企业、劳动者对工伤预防相关工作的重视程度不够，不能达到预防工伤的目的。本文从国家层面，企业方面、工伤保险经办机构和监督管理机构四个不同角度，分析了国家工伤预防政策、企业工伤预防措施及监管部门对工伤预防监管的现状，针对存在的问题，提出了完善建议。具体而言，针对我国在工伤预防方面立法的缺失，建议我国立法机关从法律的高度重新定义工伤预防，使工伤预防有法可依；针对企业工伤事故频发，建议企业建立健全内部安全生产制度，配备专门的安全生产管理监督人员，加强对企业职工的安全生产教育，从整体上提高安全生产意识。针对我国工伤保险经办和监管管理机构分工不合理，工作效率不高的现状，建议工伤保险经办机构和监督管理机构设立工伤预防专门机构，具体处理工伤预防相关工作，也可通过购买服务的方式，提高工伤预防工作的效率。 关键词：工伤保险；工伤预防；安全生产 Abstract At this stage of injury accidents occur frequently in China, occupational disease continuously against the health of the workers, requires a reasonable and effective mechanism to solve problems related to. Chinas current industrial injury insurance system is not reasonable,is not comprehensive enough for workers to protect the legitimate rights and interests,has not established the effective mechanism of injury prevention,enterprise,worker of industrial injury prevention work seriously enough,we can not achieve the purpose for the prevention of work-related injuries.
