Abstract:Time-of -Use (TOU)power price is one of the most important measures of Demands Side Management
(DSM)and pla s an important role in the expansion of the thermal storage air conditioning.Firstl , this paper anal zed the
current status of the TOU price of Guangdong Province, and then compared and anal zed the pa back ears of ice-storage
cases under different Power Rate, and finall provides practical suggestions to improve it, which will help to enhance de-
mand Side Management in Guangdong province.
