Abstract
At present,the life of mine roller bit of our country has a very big disparity compared with abroad. Due to the working characteristics of the mine roller bit, the drill easily loses its effectiveness which caused by the bearing system damage。At present, about the structure we mostly anatomy and imitae the foreign 97 / 8 products.After years of design and production we have developed a lot of roller bits of many kinds of specifications and varieties , but done very little basic research in the friction pair matching . In this paper,based on materials of EX30, SN2025, 55SiMoV, we did a detailed study about the hardness matching of the bearing system ,finally ascertained the best process and hardness match,.meanwhile discussed the impact of factors and wear mechanism of the bearing wear .
The results of heat treatment show that, respectively, the grades of carburized layer carbide of EX30 and SN2025 after carburizing process are 2; the grade of carburizing steel 55SiMoV is
The optimum quenching temperature of carburizing steel EX30 is 820
℃, tempering
temperature range is 190~280 ℃, Rockwell superficial hardness is HRC58-63. While, the best
quenching temperature of SN2025 is 820
℃, tempering temperature range is
160~205 ℃,
Rockwell superficial hardness is HRC58-63. The optimum quenching temperature of carburizing 55SiMoV is 850 ℃, tempering temperature range is 350~390 ℃, Rockwell superficial hardness is HRC58-63. The optimum quenching temperature of 55SiMoV without carburizing is 870 ℃,
tempering temperature range is 170~190
℃, Rockwell superficial hardness is HRC57-60.
Microstructure and hardness conform to the technical requirements of the rock bit bearing materials. Orthogonal test of wears show that, the optimum matching of rubbing pair composed of 55SiMoV and EX30 is that, the carbon content and hardness on the surface of EX30 are 1.04
% and HRC58~60, the surface hardness of 55SiMoV is HRC60~62。 the opt
