人工流产全程引入人文关怀模式对其负性情绪及并发症的影响 倪亚男 吴静 顾惠芳 许逸琴 吴小燕 【摘要】目的 探究人文关怀理念应用于人工流产者对其负性情绪及并发症的影响。方法 选取我院收治 的 38 例患者设为对照组，实施常规妇产科护理方法与措施；另选取收治的 42 例患者设为研究组，实施人文 关怀理念。入院后及术后 2h 末，对 2 组患者均采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测评， 并记录 2 组患者术后并发症的发生率。结果 入院后 24h，2 组 SAS 与 SDS 各维度评分差异无统计学意义 （P0.05）；术后2h 末，研究组 SAS 与 SDS 各维度评分均明显低于对照组（P0.05）；研究组术后并发症 的发生率低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在人工流产者的护理工作中全程贯穿人文关怀理念效果明显，可缓 解患者的负性情绪，降低患者术后并发症的发生率，促进患者早日康复。 【关键词】人文关怀；人工流产；负性情绪；并发症 This paper introduced the influence of artificial abortion care concept to its negative emotion and complications of inquiry.Ni Ya-nan，Wu Jing ，Gu Hui-fang,et al.Planning Section ，Wuxi Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital ，Wuxi 214002,China 【Abstract 】 Objective To explore the concept of humanistic care used in artificial abortion effect on the negative mood and complications. Methods 36 patients in our hospital seted as control group, the implementation of and measures for conventional obstetric nursing methods of 42 cases treated patients seted as the study group, the implementation of the concept of humanistic care. After admission and postoperative 2H end, on 2 groups of patients were treated by SAS, SDS were used to evaluate the incidence, and record the postoperative complications after 2 groups. Results 24h after admission, no statistical significance in 2 of SAS group and SDS score between each dimension (P0.05); postoperative 2H end, study group SAS and SDS each dimension scores were significantly lower than control group (P0.05); the study group the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than control group (P0.05).
