It is an intensive reading lesson . From this lesson , the Ss are required to grasp contents ; To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing ; To remember the new words ; To know about Presenting skills of speech ; To write an address and deliver it . Such a topic is related to computer which is familiar to Ss majoring in network , so it is helpful to raise their learning interests and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken English.??????? (Ⅱ)Analysis of the students and treatment of teaching material Some Ss are good at English , but some are poor . I’ll give different assignments to Students according to their practical situation . For example , Ss who are bad at English are required to master key words , phrases and sentence patterns . While Ss killed in English must write an adress and give a speech during next class . (Ⅲ)Teaching Aims And Demands Knowledge objects To study the new words “intuition、artistically 、multiple、proportionally”, and phrases “pop out、 stumble into 、turn out to be 、let somebody down ”etc. To make the Ss know how to analyse the Attributive Clause in the passage . To finish some exercises. Ability objects To develop the Ss’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Focus on ability on speech . Moral objects To enable the Ss to find out what they love . To enable the Ss to have passion for what they do and have faith in themselves..
